Hi, you're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to change mouse pointers on a Windows 8 computer.
The first thing that we need to do is right-click on the lower left corner of the screen, then click on "Control Panel".
When the Control Panel opens, we need to click "Hardware and Sound".
In this section, click "Mouse" in the "Devices and Printers" category.
When the menu opens, we need to click the "Pointers" tab.
From here, we can either select the scheme of the pointers or customize them one-by-one.
For example, if we choose a scheme, all of the icons will change if we click "Apply".
If we want to change them separately, we have to double-click on the icon that we want to change in the "Customize" area.
For example, we'll scroll down and change the "Link Select" icon.
Now we can choose from all of the available icons here.
If we have any custom icons, we can browse to that directory and select it from there. Double-click a pointer to choose it.
Once we have customized everything according to our preferences, we can click "Apply" then "OK".
We can now close the "Hardware and Sound" window.
This concludes the tutorial on how to change mouse pointers on a Windows 8 computer.
