Cannot access Private mode on dual SIM Galaxy S7 Edge Plus?
I have a dual SIM Galaxy S7 edge Plus. One SIM is named Personal, the other Work. I have enabled private mode but the first time I have tried to access files that I have moved to Private mode it keeps asking me to turn of Android for work before I can access them. For the life of me, I haven't got a clue. I have turned off the Work SIM but that didn't work. The Same question appeared. I even removed the Work SIM but the same thing. So I'm guessing that it's not the SIM and I have to somehow swap areas that each SIM access'. Like I said "a guess". Any help would be much appreciated. Mark. I have dual SIM phone and none of the answers cover that. I understand about the reset if the password is forgotten but his in not the case. I have tried: Removing the other SIM. Turning off one of the SIM. I think it was caused by: No idea if there is actually a problem. I deem the issue to be simply that I do not know how to turn off the Android for work or swap between the private mode for each SIM.
