If you would like to know how to cancel your mSpy subscription, this tutorial will help you. We will discuss how to manage your subscription, renew your subscription, cancel your subscription, disable auto renewal, and even update your credit card. This is a tutorial specifically geared towards users of the mSpy cell phone spy application.

Before selecting or modifying any options here, make sure you are on the right device.
Some people will have more than one device, in which case you'll want to make sure your turning off or disabling the correct device. This is done by using the drop-down in the upper left area to select the active device you wish to manage.
In order to renew your mSpy subscription, you will first need to select the renewal term you wish to purchase.
This can be from one month to three months to one year at your option. In the event you are pleased with the mSpy application, and have successfully spied on phones, we would recommend a one-year subscription. However if you have accomplished what you needed to accomplish, then you may only wish to have a one-month inscription.
Next you will need to select the reason for your request to cancel your mSpy subscription.
There are a number of reasons, and selecting the appropriate reason will assist the people at mSpy in providing better service, and maybe even helping to correct the reason why you have decided to cancel.
This will send your request, and you will receive an email notice confirming that your subscription has been canceled. If you wish to enable your subscription again, simply click the 'Request Cancellation' button once more, and your subscription will be enabled again.
Note that the button text does change when turning the subscription back on, and should read 'Enable Subscription'.
