When you Hard Reset your phone, you lose all of your files and contacts. Using a Google account to backup your files is one of the ways you can keep them safe. However, by a Google account will only let you backup your contacts, photos, and videos. We did a Hard Reset on the Samsung without backing up; now it is asking for an email used and it won't accept any of ours. this phone was purchased second-hand in China because the original user could not use it in Israel and we had a local person 'crack' it so we could install Skype and other software not so easy to download in China

I'm not ready to do a Hard Reset yet. This morning my keyboard disappeared?

I was typing an e-mail and the keyboard disappeared on my S3. In settings Language & Input, the Samsung Keyboard is the Default, however, the settings gear does nothing and the check mark in the Samsung Keyboard is grayed out....I have no microphone, no keyboard, nothing so cannot text, e-mail, etc....cannot even type in first few letters of a contact to call someone....very frustrated.

I am getting an error on my Note3. Unfortunately, TouchWiz Home has stopped. Hitting OK brings the same error back again - a never ending loop. Tried clearing the Cache, no help. Also, my outgoing calls will not work (although it's tough to test as the screen is locked out with the above error. But I tried to return a missed call - another error on that one.

I have a Galaxy S5 and I'm wanting to reset it as it is running quite slow and I think I may have a virus. Is there a way I can do it without deleting any of my messages, contacts, music, photos and apps?
