Can I put sugar scrub on chicken poxs?

Ad

It will help slough off the dead skin cells of the chickenpox scar. However, you need to be careful in doing it in a way that you are not scrubbing too much to the point that you are already hurting your skin. Too much abrasion can deepen the wound and lead to worse scars. Also, you may not need to do it as often as everyday. You do it once in a while, but give your skin some time to rejuvenate before you do the next sugar scrub. Also, drinking vitamin C regularly will also help in making the scars recover faster.
