Yes, garlic and bilimbi cucumber tree can kill intestinal worms. The list below shows what other things can eradicate worms with a chance of killing them. Please mention in your research project that ingesting any of those without consultation of a doctor is not recommended.
- pomegranate juice in large amounts (5 glasses daily);
- terminalia bellirica;
- epazote (ground and brewed in boiling water);
- Indian senna;
- Indian acalypha.

Does the garlic actually kill the parasites? I'm fearful of seeing something wiggling in the stool?
