Update issue regarding iOS 5.1.1?

My 3rd gen iPad is 5.1.1 iOS I'm trying to update it but no matter what I do I keep getting error 9006 I have tried every method and fix I found online but no success yet any help ?. I'm trying to restore but it won't work as well

I am unable to "install" the update for my wife's iphone6S?

When I try to do it through iTunes, I get the 9006 error. There is no antivirus software added to my Macbook Air and it looks like my iTunes in up to date? I have tried: Checked WiFi connection which seems to be fine. Also tried to uninstall it and install it again. I think it was caused by: I have no idea. Received the phone from a friend and everything was fine but I can't seem to install the update. It downloads fine, just can't install it.

iTunes does not download the software update nor restores, and my iPhone is in recovery mode?

When I tried to upgrade my iOS 9.2 to 9.3, my phone got an iTunes and USB logo and is not opening and whenever I connect it to download, my phone gives 9006 error, help me please! When I gave it to my friend to manage, it gave 2003 error
