Can't continue to open my Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360?
When I turn on my Galaxy Young GT-S5360 it cannot continue to open. It's repeating the Samsung logo. What should I do?
When your Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360 doesn't boot past the Samsung logo screen, it means that your device is stuck in what's known as a boot loop. As its name implies, a boot loop occurs when your device can't boot past its logo screen and instead loops from on to off. To fix this issue, you will unfortunately need to perform a Factory Reset. As you may know, a Factory Reset will wipe all the data from your device; however, it's the only way you can fix the boot loop. To learn how to perform a proper Factory Reset on your Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360, read through and follow the steps in this great VisiHow article. If your phone can't complete the Factory Reset, there is something wrong with your hardware -- factory resets only fix software, and if your phone is unable to complete the reset, it means that some component in your phone is malfunctioning. Contact Samsung to schedule a repair for your phone. If you are under warranty and you didn't cause any damage to the device, Samsung will cover the costs. Unfortunately, if you aren't under warranty or you did cause damage to the device, you will need to pay for the repairs.
