Can't connect my tablet to WiFi in the house?

My desk top is connected and previously I have always clicked on the network with my tablet and it connected automatically. For some reason, it is now asking for my password, and frankly, I have no idea what it is. you are dealing with a technophobe here!. I have tried: I have tried every password I think might be appropriate. I think it was caused by: I was out of the country, connected to other WiFi but have experienced this problem on my return, possibly pressed a wrong button somewhere
