Hello, welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we are going to show you how to call a business that you found on the Microsoft Maps application when using a Microsoft Lumia 535.
To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the right-hand side of the phone.
Once activated, you'll see the lock screen; swipe the lock screen up which will reveal the home screen.
Find the Maps tile.
My tile is on my home screen. It has a blue background and a white map on top of it. If you have not pinned the Maps tile to your home screen, swipe left to find it in the Apps menu. When you've located it, tap it to open the application.
To find a business to call, press the icon on the bottom left, the white circle with white buildings in it.
This is the scout function. This will give you a list of places to eat and drink. These can be restaurants or cafes.
If you swipe across, it will give you things to see and do.
If you swipe across again, there will be some shops.
Find a place to call.
For this tutorial, I will press "Kazbegi" to see more details.
This location does not have a phone number listed, so I will go back using the arrow icon on the bottom left.
I will try "Literaturuli".
This location does have a phone number.
To call this location, press on the phone number in blue text.
The phone is now calling the business.
This concludes the tutorial on how to directly call a business or area of interest that you found on the Microsoft Maps application when using a Microsoft Lumia 535.
