Hi, you're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to add bookmarks in Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 computers.
Open the Microsoft Edge browser.
For this demonstration, it is pinned to the taskbar. Click the icon.
Click in the navigation bar to get a cursor.
Type in any website.
In this demonstration, we will go to "VisiHow.com".
Hit the "Enter" or "Return" key to begin loading the page.
When the page opens, we will add it to Bookmarks, or in this case, to Favorites.
Move the mouse cursor to the upper-right corner of the window.
Find the star icon.
Click in the field marked "Name".
We can name it. In this case, it suggests, "VisiHow - See it. Do It." We'll leave it like that.
Click on the field marked "Create in".
Click either "Favorites" or "Favorites Bar".
In this demonstration, we will stick to "Favorites".
Click "Create new folder".
Click in the field marked "Folder name" and type in a folder name.
For example, we will name it "VisiHow bookmarks".
Let's access our bookmarks.
In the top bar of the program, click the "+" symbol.
This opens a new tab.
Click on the Hub button.
It looks like a few rows of lines or like lined paper.
In the menu that opens, ensure that the star tab is selected.
It will be highlighted in blue and the title will say "FAVORITES" in bold. We can see our "VisiHow bookmarks" folder.
Click the bookmark in the folder.
Ours was for VisiHow.
Wait for the page to load.
This concludes our tutorial on how to add bookmarks to Microsoft Edge on Windows 10 computers.
