Are there alternative sources for the Windows ISOs?

I'm trying to install Windows7 Home Premium, but when I try to use the Microsoft msft.digitalcontent ones, I get an error message that they are 'invalid'. Is there an alternative source I could use?

Microsoft allows you to download the Windows 7 Home Premium (or any version, for that matter) .ISO file from anywhere. It is not illegal to download, torrent, or obtain through other means an .ISO file of a Windows 7 operating system. What is illegal, however, is using that operating system without buying or having a legitimate Windows 7 key from Microsoft, or using one of the programs that trick the operating system into thinking that it's a legitimate copy. But, again, it is not illegal to obtain an .ISO from any source as long as you have a legitimate key. The list below contains a few of the many sources you can use to download your .ISO to install Windows 7 Home Premium:

You can also find the .ISO files on other websites, as well. Just search Google for "Windows 7 Home Premium .ISO download" to find other sites to download the .ISO from, if the .ISO from the sites in the list above does not work.

How do I create an ISO image of Windows 7 Professional?

My Win 7 Pro PC blue screened for an unknown reason(s). My ERD has been damaged beyond use... and I have many documents and (especially) pictures that I haven't been able to backup yet... (Wife goes ballistic when she even THINKS she'll loose any pictures of our grandkids).. 1) I need to create a bootable USB thumb-drive...so I can off-load everything (backup) to a removable HDD. 2) I need to get/make an ISO file of Windows 7Pro SP1 ... to be used to create the bootable USB drive. 3) I want the bootable USB drive so I can fix these kinds of problems when, (not "IF"), they come up again.. I am computer adept, but I haven't ever needed to use ISO images so I'm a newbie to this process and would appreciate some clarification of the steps one performs to get the bootable USB drive and what to look out for so I don't make things anymore 'fubar' than I already am.

Have a legal copy of win 7 Home Prem with key but no disc?

Have to migrate to a larger drive. I know that once imaged, the boot sector files have to be fixed by the original install disc which I do not have. I need a bootable file on a flash or CD/DVD but MS (of course) no longer has downloadables.

How to install Windows 7 pro when the keyboard and mouse are inactive?

We have a licensed Windows 7 pro, but when we want to boot it from the DVD the mouse and keyboard stop working, and therefore the installation doesn't work. We think that perhaps by installing it from a USB drive we could overcome this problem.
