Are my pipes frozen or is there a leak? I need help asap?

I woke up this morning and went to take a shower and turned on the hot water and no water would come out. I checked the rest of the faucets in my house same thing. But when you turn on the water in the kitchen with the hot water faucet on in the bathroom water comes out. What could be the problem? I'm not sure if it's frozen pipes or not. Please help. I have tried: I have had all faucets dripping since the A.M. 16 hours later nothing has changed. I think it was caused by: I have no clue really. Any answers would be nice thanks
