You're watching VisiHow. In this video, I'm going to show you how you can apply a Motion Blur filter to a video clip on Photoshop CS6 on Windows 7.

They are also shown under the "Layers" tab on the right-hand side. If we want to put a layer over the top, then we need to ensure that our layers are smart objects.
