Any advice for reducing pimples/acne when you regularly workout?
Acne always comes back after getting back into my workout routines. I'm 23 but keep having outbreaks because of it, making me look like an awkward teen who's balls haven't dropped yet... Pimples form on my face as fast as when I wake up from sleeping at night. I have tried: Washing face with cleanser right after working out. I think it was caused by: Increased testosterone levels from working out? Oily hands?
