I can't bypass my Google verification on my Samsung Galaxy j7, can you help me?

I hard reset it but now I can't get past the Google verification because I forgot my Google account and don't know how to add one. Its not different than your situation I just need more details. I have tried: I tried hard resetting it, that's why I can't get in. I think it was caused by: I forgot my Google account, that's why I can't get in
