All of a sudden one day when I tried to transfer pix from my Samsung 5 to my PC a window came up saying "No new pictures on this device". I have tried: Took my computer and phone into Geek Squad. I think it was caused by: I have no clue, I was told It is probably a problem with the phone.

How do I transfer pictures from my Samsung S5 to my PC?

When I plug in my Samsung cable from my phone to my PC it says there is no media found or I need to unlock the media. How do I do this? My memory is full on my phone but the extra storage card is not.
