Hi, welcome to VisiHow. Today I'm going to teach you how to add a shape to a presentation using the Keynote application on the iPhone 6.
To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone.
Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen.
Swipe to the right to enter your passcode.
As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
Find the Keynote icon which is blue and tap it once to open the application.
The phone is always horizontal while using the Keynote application. Once we've opened the app, we can see our different documents are open.
Tap on a presentation to open it.
Tap on the "+" icon at the top.
This brings up some different options for us to choose from.
Tap on the square icon at the top which indicates shapes.
Swipe the screen right or left to browse what shapes we can have.
Tap on a shape to select it and add it to the presentation.
Use the blue dots around the shape to adjust the shape and size.
Tap and drag the center of the shape to adjust the placement.
The horizontal and vertical lines show us the placement on the page to be sure everything is centered. There is also a diagonal line to tell us if it's in proportion.
Tap outside of the shape to finish editing and add it to the presentation.
Tap on "Presentations" in the top-left corner to go back to where we began, with our new saved shape.
Now you know how to add a shape to a presentation using the Keynote application on the iPhone 6.
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to add them into the section below, and we'll do our best to get back to you. Thank you for using VisiHow.
