Steps

    To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on the right-hand side of the phone

    Swipe the lock screen up to enter the home screen

    On the home screen, find the Microsoft Office tile

    It is orange with a side view of a white 3D rectangle. If Microsoft Office is not pinned to the home screen, swipe left to find it in the App menu.

    Once it has been located, tap to open Microsoft Office

    From the additional options that appear, tap on "open in OneDrive"

    This will open the OneDrive account and list all the information currently saved on OneDrive.

    To enter OneDrive settings, press the three horizontal lines at the top left corner of the screen

    Tap on "Settings" at the bottom of the screen

    Swipe to the left twice to go to Settings "OPTIONS"

    Below this it should say "Off", indicating that this setting is currently turned off.

    The "PIN" settings will open, again showing the PIN option is "Off" along with a switch

    Swipe across the switch to the PIN option "On"

    At the next screen that appears, a message states, "Enter a 4-digit PIN to help prevent other people from using the app to access your files
