Hello, you're watching VisiHow. Today I'm going to show you how you can add diary notes on the MyFitnessPal app on iPhone 6.
To start, unlock your phone by pressing the big round Home button underneath the screen or the Lock button on the right-hand side of the handset.
Simply swipe and enter your passcode, or just hold your finger onto the Home button which doubles as a fingerprint scanner too.
This opens the home screen, after which it's just a case of finding the app. In this example, it is stored in a folder. Find the icon which is blue with a silhouette of a person jumping in white, and a grey tab in the top-left corner of the icon.
Tap the icon once to open up the app.
It automatically takes you to the home page which has blog posts, options to connect and your calories for the day.
Click on the second option along the grey bar at the bottom labelled Diary.
It's displayed as the image of a diary. Clicking on that brings up today's food diary, where it lists breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and exercise.
Click on the Notes option at the bottom.
It's a black button that says 'Notes' on the right-hand side. It also has a little picture of a notebook on it as well.
Choose either Food Notes or Exercise Notes.
Start typing your note.
Type in whatever you want to type, then click on the checkmark in the corner to save or the X in the left corner to delete. Save the note. The note now appears along the bottom of the Diary page above the final options at the bottom.
To delete the note, simply drag left and press delete on the right-hand side in the box.
Click Home in the bottom-left corner to return to the home page.
This is a VisiHow video on how to add diary notes on the MyFitnessPal App on iPhone 6.
If you have any questions or comments, please post them in the section below. Thank you very much for watching. Bye!
