A file is not visible on purpose maybe with help from software. I need to open it?

Though folder shows used space of 2.83 GB but it shows blank on opening. I tried basic viewing of hidden folders but in vain. Please help in opening blocked files

I had hidden my files using wise folder hider pro and I somehow accidentally uninstalled the program. When I reinstalled the program, the files were gone. I couldn't see them. Can you help me figure this out and recovering my hidden files back?
