Follow the steps above to hard reset. As for your memory card, take it out and re insert with the phone off. Power the phone back up and you may have to do this a few times but it will accept the card eventually. Make sure your router settings are correct on your home WiFi. If you are unsure then go somewhere with free WiFi and try to connect.

Think back on apps you recently installed because this is probably causing your reboot error. In the above answers there is a resolution using Safe Mode. If the reboot still happens in Safe Mode then you will have to clear your cache.
